Year 8 Production of the Lion King

Last week we had a 'smash- hit' with our Year 8 production of the Lion King.
Pupils from across the year group took part whether that be on stage or behind the scenes.

The Harry Crook Theatre was sold- out for all three performances and the audience were treated to a colourful array of costumes combined with an ensemble brimming with Colston's talent.  Weeks of rehearsals had taken place under the direction of Ms Porter and Mr Smith from the Drama Department and the standard of performance was phenomenal, it was hard to believe that the pupils were not professionals.

We will of course publicise future productions at the school which we very much hope our Old Colstonian Community will come and support.
