Tony Clark  OC  1957 - 1961  Mortlake

Tony passed away on Saturday 6 April 2019.

He entered Colstons in 1957 and was in Mortlake House, and was in the same dorm as Mike Brown. He loved his sport at school and was so pleased when Mortlake beat Roundway, the old enemy, to lift the Challenge Bowl.

After school he became  a Chartered Surveyor and had a long and successful career with Lalonde Estate Agents, becoming a partner in Bristol and latterly in Exeter.

He joined the Old Colstonians  Sports Club and played many games for the Rugby club, enjoying many tours in England and on the Continent. He continued his love of rugby by supporting the Exeter Chiefs and going on the Lions Tour.

He was a great supporter of the School and Society,  becoming President of the OCs in 1984.

Tony loved playing golf and joined as many OC Golf Society meetings as he could, and he always made it to the biannual trip to Carlyon Bay, and on the alternate years the OC golf trips to England, Scotland, Ireland & Wales.

He has left us with many happy memories which his infectious laugh and smile.

Our thoughts are with his wife Christine and son David.

Tony was a loyal OC and a great friend.
