The Old Colstonian Charitable Trust (OCCT) was established in 1992 and the trust contributes largely to the School. Over the last few years charitable donations have been £128,375, £107,096 and £118,557.

Most of this has been for bursaries and other assistance to students but the trustees have also made a number of small donations by recommendation from Old Colstonians including;

  • £500 to Julian House, Bath
  • £250 to Macmillians Cancer Support
  • £500 to Avening Primary School for computers
  • St. Johns Ambulance for telecommunications equipment
  • £500 to The Stroke Association of Wales
  • £1,000 to Brain Tumour Support

Just this year the OCCT have contributed £250 to the Sixth Form to assist with their “Collegiate Has Got Talent” Prize raffle and more recently they funded £600 for the sports bags for the school tennis trip to Portugal over the Easter holidays. Pictured are the students with their bags.
