It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Mr Martin Weavers, former Deputy Head of the Prep School.
Mr Weavers served for seventeen years at Collegiate. He was passionate about outdoor education and many OCs will remember their time at Goblin Combe or in the forest school with Martin. Martin was the architect of the Year 6 musical and a huge fan of the annual ‘conker competition’. His considerable efforts over almost two decades at school still influence many of our activities.
The school will be holding a memorial service for Martin in the autumn term and further details of this will be sent in due course.
Our thoughts at this time are with Martin's wife Louise and all of his family.
