One of our students, Ethan, played very well at the Southwest Schools Championship over half term, coming third place with only one shot off first place. 9 over par after 2 rounds (36 holes) and scoring level par of 70 in round 1 which was the top individual score of the competition. This was held at Downes Golf Club - Crediton, Exeter. Ethan now qualifies for the English Schools National Championship at the Kendleshire on June 26th.

It was a successful event-Avon also won the South West Boys Team event as part of this Competition.
